Daily 7:00AM Manchester to London train is set to not pick up passengers.

A 7:00AM train arrives daily at Manchester Piccadilly station, travelling to London and as of 15th December, it will not collect any passengers.

The service is by Avanti West Coast from Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston.

Under normal circumstances it’s a fast commuter/ business-traveler service, arriving in London just before 9:00AM.

The decision made by the rail regulator Office of Rail and Road (ORR), this 7:00AM service was recently slated to run – but without any passengers. Instead it would only have crew o staff, turning it into what people call an “empty” or “ghost” train.
